Ann Calvert Stuart Robinson


This c. 1804 painting of Ann Calvert Stuart Robinson (Mrs. William Robinson) by Gilbert Stuart hangs in the National Gallery in Washington, DC. Ann Calvert Stuart was born at Abingdon (Now Ronald Reagan National Airport) in 1784. She was the daughter of Dr. David Stuart and Eleanor (Calvert) Custis. She married William Robinson at an unknown date.
